CHaos & confusion are not mine to hold
With all the chaos and confusion in this world, sometimes things can get heavy. But, to remember that you are not alone is a great thing that we can do. Breathe it in, sit with it and then let it all go. Form a support system and head to them when things start to feel uncertain.
I am not certain if people truly understand the importance of a solid support system, especially when mental health issues are present. The more time that passes without resolving issues or tending to your healing and mental health, whether you suffer from mental disabilities or traumas, will worsen your ability to function properly in the collective we call humanity of society. We are all connected and we are all here together, so why not help each other heal in whatever way that we can. The best thing we can do is to focus on our own healing or if you are in a place to help another heal without harming your own energy or path, maybe you should try helping a person you know that is suffering.
Healing is a constant notion. It’s not like you start and do the work and then BAM 💥 you are healed. I wish it was that easy! Or maybe i dont? Maybe that is what helps make life so beautiful…
Healing is something you must do all the time. It must become a part of your life like breathing. Once you start the path to healing, honestly do the work, you will be on your way to living a more full life. You will understand the beauty that lies within you and the universe and how this beauty and light is infinite.
